OUR STORY

Let begin with the name Sweet CoCo G. CoCo G was our beloved pooch, a toy poodle 11lb of the magical spirit...we named our bakery after her, as her name will always be remembered. 

 

Who are we? Bella, the person who created all the deliciousness. Trained at The Le Cordon Bleu in Paris after she finished her schooling. Bella moved back to NYC where she spent most of her youth years in the 80s. 

After coming back to NYC, Bella worked at some of the pretty well-known restaurants as a pastry chef. The list can be long but let's keep it short..very short, Bouchon was one of them.  

Years later, Bella decides to shared her vast amount of the knowledge with the younger generation, and, what's the best way to do so? You might ask, The answer is, Teach. In addition, teach at the higher education institution.  

After six years at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University as a faculty member 

 She said "I am happier while I am baking..."  

 

2017 we landed in PDX.
